Liz deChadenedes
Aesthetic Injector, Registered Nurse
Liz is an experienced registered nurse with 14 years in the field, including 8 years specializing in aesthetic injections. She graduated with her nursing degree from Georgia State University in 2010 and earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Chamberlain University in 2022. Before transitioning into aesthetics, Liz worked in the operating room and in various medical specialties including GI, spine, ortho, neuro, ENT, and facial plastics. She served as a trainer for Evolus, educating healthcare professionals on neurotoxin & filler injections, and was named ‘Best Injector’ by Jezebel magazine for 2025 and 2026. Liz is currently listed in the ‘Best Aesthetic Injectors in America’ national directory as a recommended provider for the Pensacola area. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her golden retriever Bensky. She also enjoys traveling, playing golf, snowboarding, and dancing!
Lexie Brunson
Aesthetic Injector, Nurse Practitioner
Lexie is passionate about creating natural, beautiful results that enhance each client’s unique features while keeping them looking like themselves. She loves helping clients feel refreshed, confident, and like the very best version of themselves.
Lexie earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Nicholls State University in 2023 after completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2022. Her diverse nursing background includes pain management, pediatric emergency care, and travel nursing throughout the United States. As a an aesthetic injector, she combines her clinical expertise with an eye for detail and a gentle, personalized approach to each client’s care.
Outside of Grace + Grey, Lexie enjoys boating with her husband and their dog, Finnley—with SPF and a hat on, of course! She also loves Pilates, a little retail therapy, and cheering on LSU football. Lexie looks forward to welcoming you into her chair, getting to know your aesthetic goals, and helping you look and feel your very best.
Kierstin Maddocks
Aesthetic Injector, Registered Nurse
Kierstin is an aesthetic nurse injector who creates refined, natural results tailored to the individual. With a background in medical aesthetics, acute care, and plastic surgery, she blends clinical expertise with an artistic eye, approaching each treatment with intention, precision, and an appreciation for facial harmony. Kierstin earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Loma Linda University in 2018.
With a skin-forward approach to aesthetics, Kierstin believes exceptional results begin with healthy, beautiful skin and that aesthetic treatments should enhance rather than transform. Her philosophy centers on subtle, sophisticated results that preserve individuality and leave patients feeling refreshed, confident, and authentically themselves. Kierstin recently relocated to Pensacola after practicing in Hawaii and is excited to bring her experience and passion for aesthetics to Grace + Grey.
Taylor Howell
Wellness Institute, Nurse Practitioner
A Pensacola native and graduate of the University of West Florida, Taylor is a Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of nursing experience and a strong background in gastrointestinal medicine. With that perspective in mind she takes an integrative, root-cause approach to care, specializing in hormone balance, longevity medicine, and sustainable weight loss by addressing the connections between metabolic, endocrine, and digestive health. Her clinical experience allows her to develop individualized, results-driven treatment plans that support long-term wellness. In addition to her work in clinical practice, Taylor proudly serves in the Navy and values time spent with her husband and their boys.
Alexis Brown
Licensed Esthetician, Laser Technician, & Electrologist
Alexis has been a licensed esthetician since 2019 and is passionate about helping her clients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. With a love for advanced skincare and results-driven treatments, Alexis takes a personalized approach to each client’s individual skin goals.
In 2024, Alexis expanded her expertise by becoming a licensed electrologist and laser certified, allowing her to offer a broader range of services and advanced treatment options. She is dedicated to continuing her education and staying up to date with the latest techniques and innovations in the aesthetics industry.
For Alexis, the most rewarding part of her work is helping clients feel confident in their skin. She believes that every person’s skin is unique and deserves an individualized approach. Her goal is to create a comfortable, personalized experience while helping each client achieve healthy, beautiful skin they feel proud to live in.

Dr. Kyle Shaddix
Medical Director
Dr. Shaddix spent his childhood years between Texas and Georgia before completing his undergraduate education at the University of Georgia. From there, he graduated with honors in three majors in the biologic sciences while pursuing additional studies to refine his artistic capabilities. After being accepted to numerous medical schools, he elected to attend the Medical College of Georgia on a full academic scholarship where he discovered his passion for surgery. Dr. Shaddix then pursued his general surgery training at the world-renowned Mayo Clinic where he excelled and eventually became Chief Resident of General Surgery. During his time at Mayo Clinic, he authored numerous publications and produced research which was presented at meetings across the United States and internationally, including the esteemed American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
After completion of his general surgery residency, Dr. Shaddix was fortunate to be chosen to complete his fellowship in plastic surgery at the prestigious Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas. There he received some of the best and most innovative cosmetic training available in the country. He was mentored by pioneers in the fields of facial aesthetic surgery and body contouring as well as several members of the group of surgeons that actually invented the breast implant. He eventually became Chief Resident of Plastic Surgery. This rich experience supplied Dr. Shaddix with the skills necessary to fully address the cosmetic needs of his patients.
