Liz deChadenedes
Aesthetic Injector, Registered Nurse
Liz is an experienced registered nurse with 14 years in the field, including 8 years specializing in aesthetic injections. She graduated with her nursing degree from Georgia State University in 2010 and earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Chamberlain University in 2022. Before transitioning into aesthetics, Liz worked in the operating room and in various medical specialties including GI, spine, ortho, neuro, ENT, and facial plastics. She served as a trainer for Evolus, educating healthcare professionals on neurotoxin & filler injections, and was named ‘Best Injector in Atlanta’ by Jezebel magazine for 2024. Liz is currently listed in the ‘Best Aesthetic Injectors in America’ national directory as a recommended provider for the Pensacola area. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her golden retriever Bensky. She also enjoys traveling, playing golf, snowboarding, and dancing!
Alexis
Licensed Esthetician
Alexis has been a licensed Esthetician since 2018. She has worked in resort spas where relaxation is key and medical spas where results are the goal. Here at Grace and Grey Med Spa, Alexis’ facials combine goal-oriented results while offering the classic spa relaxation facial. Alexis is passionate about corrective skin care and wants all of her clients to feel confident and love the skin they are in.
Dr. Kyle Shaddix
Medical Director
Dr. Shaddix spent his childhood years between Texas and Georgia before completing his undergraduate education at the University of Georgia. From there, he graduated with honors in three majors in the biologic sciences while pursuing additional studies to refine his artistic capabilities. After being accepted to numerous medical schools, he elected to attend the Medical College of Georgia on a full academic scholarship where he discovered his passion for surgery. Dr. Shaddix then pursued his general surgery training at the world-renowned Mayo Clinic where he excelled and eventually became Chief Resident of General Surgery. During his time at Mayo Clinic, he authored numerous publications and produced research which was presented at meetings across the United States and internationally, including the esteemed American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
After completion of his general surgery residency, Dr. Shaddix was fortunate to be chosen to complete his fellowship in plastic surgery at the prestigious Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas. There he received some of the best and most innovative cosmetic training available in the country. He was mentored by pioneers in the fields of facial aesthetic surgery and body contouring as well as several members of the group of surgeons that actually invented the breast implant. He eventually became Chief Resident of Plastic Surgery. This rich experience supplied Dr. Shaddix with the skills necessary to fully address the cosmetic needs of his patients.
